Control for Financial Institutions

The seminar Control for Financial Institutions is organized as an open seminar for employees from different institutions and also as an in-house seminar organized for employees of clients with tailor made requirements.

Objectives of the seminar

During the seminar participants get acquainted with the basic rules and procedures of control. The essential duties of a controller and the fundamental rules of control reporting are explained in practical examples. Participants will learn how to measure, retroactively, the performance of an institution, the basic rules of cost calculations and how to control projects.

The seminar was designed for employees of control departments and specialists from financial departments of financial institutions.
